General Conditions of Sale (CGV)

  1. Object

    • These conditions govern the sales of soft toys by Jinghexinchengxinyaobaihuoshanghang in accordance with article L. 221-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

  2. Orders

    • Orders placed on www.fuzzzz.fr imply unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, in accordance with article L. 111-1 of the Consumer Code.

  3. Price

    • The prices of the products are indicated in euros including tax and may be modified in accordance with article L. 112-1 of the Consumer Code.

  4. Delivery

    • The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer, within the deadlines provided for in article L. 216-1 of the Consumer Code.

  5. Payment

    • Payment is due upon ordering, in accordance with the terms described in article L. 221-10 of the Consumer Code.

  6. Right to retract

    • Consumers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

  7. Guarantees

    • The products are subject to legal guarantees of conformity (article L. 217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

  8. Responsibility

    • The responsibility of Jinghexinchengxinyaobaihuoshanghang is established in accordance with the legal provisions in force regarding the sale of consumer goods.

  9. Personal data

    • The processing of personal information is done in compliance with law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms.

  10. Disputes

    • Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these General Terms and Conditions is subject to French law, in particular to the competent court under article L. 141-5 of the Consumer Code.
